Kaze Flex 120 Slim RGB PWM

The Kaze Flex 120 mm Slim RGB PWM have a height of only 17 mm and are particularly suitable for use on CPU Coolers that would no longer fit into systems with limited space, due to the form factor of the case or the expansive mainboard components. As a visual accent, the translucent fan blades are illuminated by eight RGB LEDs. Despite the reduced dimensions, the technical advantages of the Kaze Flex series are retained. Thanks to the unique Sealed Precision FDB bearing, the fans run particularly smoothly and have an average service life of over 100 000 hours. The completely black fan frames are equipped with integrated decouplers, which minimize the transmission of vibrations and thus ensure a pleasantly low operating noise. A standard 4-pin 12V RGB connector enables control by a large number of different RGB controllers from common mainboard manufacturers. The Kaze Flex 120 Slim RGB PWM is also used on the compact Big Shuriken 3 RGB CPU coolers.



RGB illumination

Eight RGB LEDs arranged in a ring around the fan motor generate a consistent and powerful illumination of the translucent fan blades. The LEDs are operated by a standard 4-Pin 12V RGB cable that can be directly controlled by the common RGB system of various motherboard manufacturers. Compatible, amoung others, are systems like ASUSTM Aurora Sync, ASRockTM RGB LED, MSITM Mystic Light Sync and GigabyteTM RGB Fusion.

Sealed Precision FDB

In order to guarantee an exceptionally high level of stability and durability, the fans from the Kaze Flex Series are equipped with a self-contained fluid dynamic bearing (Sealed Precision FDB). The bearing and the spindle are made entirely of high quality compressed metal and lubricated by a special oil film resistant to temperatures of up to 250°C / 480°F. This drastically reduces friction, ensuring smooth operation and minimized wear, which results in an average life-span of 100 000 hours.

Integrated Anti-Vibration Sytem

The Kaze Flex fan series is equipped with vibration- and shock absorbing rubber pads which cover the tunnelless mounting holes. These decouplers effectively eliminate possible vibrations and allow low-noise operation.

Reduced Height

Space-saving design with a frame height of just 17 mm. The height can be reduced further to 15 mm by removing the decouplers.

Other features

The Kaze Flex 120 RGB PWM comes with a 50 cm / 19.68 inch long sleeved 4-Pin cable as well as a standard 4-Pin 12V cable for RGB control with an additional pass-through plug. This allows easy installation in almost any system configuraton. An adaptor for direct connection to the power supply is also included.
