Kaze Flex 120 PWM

The PWM variants of the Kaze Flex fan series, which have already been used on the Mugen 5 CPU Cooler and were praised by editors, are now available separately on the retail market. The sealed fluid dynamic bearing (Sealed Precision FDB) ensures an average life-span of more than 120.000 hours. Decouplers attached to the fan frame reduce the transmission of vibrations and thus contribute to low noise operation. The Kaze Flex PWM fan series is available in two speed options and offers the choice between a well-balanced allround range or an absolute low-noise solution.


Sealed Precision FDB

In order to guarantee a high level of stability and durability, the fans from the Kaze Flex Series use a self-contained liquid bearing (Sealed Precision FDB). The bearing and the spindle are made of high quality compressed metal and are lubricated by a special oil film resistant to temperatures of up to 250C° / 480F°. This drastically reduces friction, ensuring smooth operation and reduced wear, which results in an average life-span of 120 000 hours.

Integrated Anti-Vibration Sytem

The Kaze Flex fan series is equipped with vibration- and shock absorbing rubber pads which cover the tunnelless mounting holes. These decouplers effectively eliminate possible vibrations and allow low-noise operation.


The PWM models of the Kama Flex series enable the fans to be controlled by pulse width modulation using a PWM-connector on a mainboard. This dynamically adjusts the fan speed to the respective operating conditions and prevents unnecessary noise generation.
