excuse me if i'm being rude, but i don't want to depend on "should" when spending 80$. has anyone tried and mounted zipang on that mobo ?
did it fit in all directions ? perhaps 1st memory slot was blocked when heatpipes were aligned horizontally ?

Hi,

Well, I don't want to be rude neither but I can tell you that it is basically impossible to have all the mainboards made in last 10 years in all versions. DFI is rather difficult to get and not the most common/demanded Mainboard to start with. I did not have the board here, but based on my past experience I don't see any issues. The northbridge Heatsink is not that tall and Zipang is taller than Corsair Dominator RAM, so it depends on which memory you will use etc.
