Question Mugen 2 + Slip Stream 140

As I see, Slip Stream 140 must be compatible with Mugen 2, but a few interesting questions arise:
1) Can the Slip Stream 140 be a really good alternative to the packaged fan ?
2) If yes, is it worse choosing the 1700 rpm model ?
3) Besides, how can the Slip Stream 140 and the packaged fan work together, which one is to set to blow in and which - to blow out, to the rear case fan ?

Yes, because of the higher airflow of the 140mm version compared to 120mm you can use lower rpm rates to achieve the same cooling.

On the other hand the stock fan of Mugen 2 is an excellent fan. Remember: the 140mm Slipstream are designed for a single rpm rate @ 12 V. Otherwise you need voltage regulation. But Mugen's stock fan is a 4-pin PWM version which covers a wide range of rpm rates - controlled by the mainboard.

Why not use a second Slipstream PWM with 120mm and a PWM Y-adapter which splits the PWM signal from the board to control both fan equally?

Basically you can use all the 140mm Slipstreams on Mugen.

Sorry, but what you've stated is more or less clear, and as I can't find the Slip Stream PWM, how can the Slip Stream 140 and the packaged fan work together, which one is to be set to blow in and which - to blow out, to the rear case fan ?

P.S. I've found Scythe Slip Stream PWM Adjustable [SY1225SL12HPVC], - is it the one you meant?
