Question Clicking Noise in Slipstream

Hello guys

I have recently purchased a couple of slipstream 120mm fans for my case.
They are great, lots of airflow.

However just a couple of days ago, I started hearing a clicking noise, as if a cable was touching a fan.

Well, I have isolated and diagnosed that one of my scythes is the problem, it makes a clicking noise at 1000 or 2000 rpms. And it is only 3 weeks old!

Well, I would really appreciate some help on how I can go about fixing this problem. I live in Colombia and I had to have a friend buy them from me in the U.S. So it is practically not possible for me to get an exchange.

I appreciate your help.

David

Greetings form Scythe USA,

We’re sorry to hear that your fan stopped working properly.

Is there any way we can ship your replacement fans to your friend in the US? And maybe he can ship it to you in Colombia?

If that is not possible, please ask your friend if he can get a refund from the store he bought it from.

Thanks.

Best Regards,

Scythe USA, Inc

Guys here is my friends address in Miami

Julio Pallares / David Soto
6768 Northwest 182nd Street
Unit 104
Miami, FL 33015
United States

He ordered this from Newegg and he says he needs the fans back for RMA. But it costs me more to ship them back than the fans are worth
If I can get a replacemente, great!
Otherwise, how can I fix it?

P.S. I will make a package and when a friend goes to the US, have him ship them back to you. Can I have your address?

My Kaze-Jyuuni Slipstream stopped working too. Thank god I didn't put it on my CPU heatsink and had my CPU burn out when it stopped working.

nothing to worry about, the only thing that can happend is that your PC goas down. nothing more. after this you replace the fan and work again.
