P5QLD PRO + Shuriken Rev. B compatibility?

Hi,

As my old stock cooler of C2D E6300 finally is winning the noise battle against my home theater system (even if the volume of the TV is about to shatter windows), I thought to replace it (cooler, not TV). After weighting my options, I'm very close on selecting Shuriken Rev. B as the solution to make my PC quiet (I don't require silent, quiet is enough).

So the obvious remaining question is: Does the Shuriken Rev. B fit on my ASUS P5QLD PRO (ASUSTeK Computer Inc.) motherboard? If it does, you have a new customer right here!

edit. If it matters, my case is Thermaltake XaserV V7000C, so the space otherwise is not problem - excluding that I can't fit there a 16cm tall cooler.

According to the pictures of the board, the cooler should be compatible with it.
