Default Is the Shuriken Rev. B a good idea for my setup?

Hello,

I want to replace my stock amd cpu cooler because it is ridiculously too loud.
I have the AMD AM3 Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 125W running on a Asus Crosshair iii Formula motherboard.

Right now my CPU idols at 35-36C and on max load, I have not see it get above 50-51C. I am not overclocking, and I am not looking necessarily for something to lower my temperatures. I just want a cpu cooler that is quieter and at least have my cpu running at the same temperatures.
I just don't know if the Shuriken Rev B. can do the job or not. If not my second option I came up with is the Zipang. I just didn't want that big of a cpu cooler since my case is a window case which is the LIan-Li PC-7FNW.

Thank you.

I wouldn't recommend Shuriken or even Big Shuriken for this wattage.

Zipang will perform better although your CPU would be cooled much better with Yasya/Mugen 2/Grand Kama Cross.

I have tested Big Shuriken and changed to the Grand Kama Cross for higher cooling possibilities. They are both great coolers, efficient and very silent, only a wisspering.
When You decide going for the larger one I would go for the latest Yasya.Pitty the copper one will take some time to reach the market, would suit your build with the window case.
Nice looking and with the new adjustable fan of two rpm span it can be set to your preferense speed/sound level.
First shown on CEBIT Hannover last week. For the test and results it seems better than the other mentioned in my opinion.
Also a question of taste and eye.
Check this test:

Video report News Scythe Yasya and more from CEBIT last week.

I fancy my Grand Kama Cross design and its good.Would like the 4 fan one in the Video, Realy ausum.
For my builds see signature.

I think I am going to go with the Zipang. Would the Mini ninja keep my temperature the same as the stock cooler? or is that not a good choice. Thanks for your help
