Fits but installation was a pain in the ass. I changed the "stock" fan into a model with better cfm values and it works like a charm. Even if my rig is inside a way old enermax case, the temps are 10 to 15 degrees lower than before, and the sound levels dropped dramatically low. The airflow is still audible because of the bad noise reduction features of the case but doesn't bother me.
Big Shuriken highly recommended!
