Default Kama PWM vs the fan in Ninja 2

Hello! I am thinking of replacing the default fan on the Ninja 2 with the KAMA PWM 120mm. Father needs an outtake fan so I will be giving him the fan on Ninja 2 and mounting the KAMA PWM on Ninja2. Which should give me variable speed control since my motherboard, K9a2 Platinum, only supports speed control through bios on PWM fans.

So are there any other pros/cons of using the KAMA PWM instead of the default Ninja2 fan?

thx

Hi ashrack,

this is feasible and not a problem, but my tip is to wait a little bit for Slip Stream PWM 120.

Facts:

Kama PWM 120 mm (DFS122512L-PWM)
310 (±200) ~ 1.200 rpm (±10%) / 12.38 - 52.71 CFM / Immeasurable - 24.89 dBA

Slip Stream PWM 120 mm (SY1225SL12LM-P)
- 0 (+200rpm) ~ 1.300rpm ±10% / 0 ~ 74.25 CFM / 0 ~ 26.50 dBA

Best Regards,
OKi

So would it then be better to just buy father the 800RPM Slip Stream for the outtake and a bit later myself the SlipStream PWM if the need arises. As currently I am totally happy with the original Ninja2 FAN.
