I just sold my Mainboard and would like to know which one I should buy so that the Orochi will fit in nice even with a videocard installed. (unless the Mugen2 will be better than the Orochi)
I would prefer a model from Gigabyte for socket775 ![]() Thanks for your help. |

Hello Questionario,
Orochi should fit on nearly all Gigabyte-Mainboards. Cheers, Stefan

Hello Questionario,
why do you think, Orochi doesn't fit on EP45-DS4? Do you have clear information about this? Cheers, Stefan

I measured the dimensions and it would hit the videocard if I dont build it in sideways, which I dont want to do as I want to direct the air towards the back.
I think I talked to you about that before. As I am buying a new mainboard now anyhow I was wondering if you would suggest a certain one. |

Ah okay,
so it is no problem with the Board but with the videocard which you are using? Cheers, Stefan

actually no,
it was the mainboard or rather the fact that the PCIe-slot was too high for the orochi to fit in pointing down. Now I have a new Mainboard but I think I will wait for the Mugen2 and some tests from silenthardware.de to help me decide :P |
