Default Which Mainboard to use?

I just sold my Mainboard and would like to know which one I should buy so that the Orochi will fit in nice even with a videocard installed. (unless the Mugen2 will be better than the Orochi)
I would prefer a model from Gigabyte for socket775
Thanks for your help.

Hello Questionario,

Orochi should fit on nearly all Gigabyte-Mainboards.

Cheers,
Stefan

Hello Questionario,

why do you think, Orochi doesn't fit on EP45-DS4? Do you have clear information about this?

Cheers,
Stefan

I measured the dimensions and it would hit the videocard if I dont build it in sideways, which I dont want to do as I want to direct the air towards the back.
I think I talked to you about that before.

As I am buying a new mainboard now anyhow I was wondering if you would suggest a certain one.

Ah okay,

so it is no problem with the Board but with the videocard which you are using?

Cheers,
Stefan

actually no,
it was the mainboard or rather the fact that the PCIe-slot was too high for the orochi to fit in pointing down.

Now I have a new Mainboard but I think I will wait for the Mugen2 and some tests from silenthardware.de to help me decide :P
