Orochi Rev B & Antec 902 & Gigabyte EX58-UD3R

Hello everyone. I am thinking of building a new rig and I want to put the Orochi REV B on my I7 920/950. On paper the cooler is not massive but when I saw some videos I was shocked . This thing is bigger than my head . In any case, as the title says I would like to know if it will fit on the following:

1. Antec Nine Hundred II Gaming case
2. Gigabyte EX58-UD3R
4. 6 GB DDR3
5. I7 920/950
6. XFX HD4890 Black Edition


Will any of the components be obstructed? Will I have any problems?



P.S: Do Scythe offer free membership to their GYM? I mean I kilo!!!!!
