Then your fan is not sitting correctly yet! I've been using Mugen and Ninja in push & pull with 2 fans w/o any problems but the pulling fan must be mounted carefully. If done so the blades will not hit the fins. It's a narrow thing but it works definitely.

If you are not able to mount it properly you could only use accessoires for water cooling like this one:

That should work - the brackets will need a little bending as the distance between cooler and holes of the fan increases a bit but that's no problem at all.

Anyway it should work w/o extras as well - 1mm to top/bottom/left/right can make the difference so the fan spins freely and doesn't interfere with Ninja's fins.

yeah i tried it out but i wasnt able to mount it correctly.. finally i got it but 10 minutes later i opened my DVD-writher and then it crashed again....

ah but i saw another thing.. the cooler was mounted correctly on the cpu but when i touch the cooler i can move it about 2mm in each direction.. is it normal?

maybe its just because his hugeness, or maybe the mainboard is a bit flexible.. but i want to be sure.

Yes, it is normal that you can move it around a little bit.
