Hello deadlift,

I don't get what you would like to know. If you would like to use a more stable mounting together with a backplate, have a look at the Thermalright Backplate.

Cheers,
Stefan

Hello deadlift,

actually there is no reason to use any backplate.

The Zipang is not that heavy - so there shouldn't be a problem.

Hello deadlift,

we never use a backplate when mounting coolers onto mainboards - only when using Orochi or Ninja CU we really recommend this. For both, there is a special mounting kit included.

Cheers,
Stefan
