Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P Revision 2.0 touching solid capacitors

I have the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P Revision 2.0, when mounting the ninja the bas of the (LGA 755) mounting bracket touches 3 of the capacitors.

Two of them it only slightly touches but for one it practically sit on top of it. As they are solid capacitor and it pretty much sitting on top of the board
I can't really see any way to bend them even a little so that they are out of the way.



Should I be worry about this??

One more thing: since the mounting kind of "sits on top of the capacitor doesn't that means that it is not fully in contact with the CPU surface therefore it won't cool that well...

I ended up moding the ninja by filling away part of the mounting kit and now it no long touches the capacitors.

We have some trouble with the capacitors as some of them are higehr and manufacturers are using sometimes taller capacitors. In general it does not make any trouble when the clip toches them but people are worried and the contact to the CPU should be still "Ok".

I don't mind if anyone wants to modify the clips, It does not void the warranty and I can supply new clips in worst case. I will send this feedback to the R&D Team to consider a change of clip to prevent any trouble.
