Here's another question.

I'm going to use Corsair Dominator DDR2 1066 memory on this new PC. As this memory tends to run quite warm, maybe it's wiser to go with the Samurai instead? I've come to understand that Samurai cools the memory and motherboard a little as well?

Your opinions ...

Hi sentinel1001,

That Mobo is bit difficult, but I saw some pictures with Mugen, and therefor Ninja should be also OK. I can not show you the images of Mugen attached, but I can't find it right away, sorry.

If you want to use the Dominator RAM, then it is a bit difficult. I can not chek the combination, it is bit more complex. I think Andy Samurai Master would not fit into this setup, even it could cool the memory a bit, becasue the memory is rather far away from the socket.

OK, but when I go with P5K? I know it's supported, but also with Dominator DDR2?

thanks.

Hi,

I can not say that very sure, it is more complex because of the Dominator, I don't have them here nor the Mobo =(
I would say 70% compatibility.

If the Ram temperature is your main concern, you can always buy KAMA WING
Scythe KAMA WING CU Copper Memory Heatsink

it looks neat too
