Default MSI P45 Platinum VS scythe mugen ********???

Can somebody say off the scythe mugen SCINF-1000 fit on the MSI P45 Platinum.

Kan iemand mij vertellen of de scythe mugen SCINF-1000 past op de MSI P45 Platinum.

I'm not really sure if this will fit. Do you have the Board already, then you can measure it by yourself.

The problem imho are the capacitors near the CPU-socket and the heatpipes on 3 sides of the socket.

I tested it today and it fits. Keeps my e8400 @ 40 degrees.

I should note that you cant use 4 ramsticks with high coolers on them.

Do you have pictures? This would be great as many of the P45 boards use very big chipset coolers. Just to see how much room is left between mobo components and heatsink. Thanks!!!

there was like 1.5 cm room between the big "circu pipe 2.0" and there was like 0.5 cm between the underside of the alu fins and the drmos heatsink on the board.
