Can't get this d*mn thing to work!

OK, I've been trying to attach my brand new Scythe mugen/******** cooler to my brand new Asus P5Q-pro. I've been fiddling with it for at least three hours (no exaggeration) but I just can't seem to be able to push down the push-pins . So, do any of you have any advice on how to attach the cooler to my mainboard? Kind of losing patience here....

Hello Benhur,

did you try to push down the pins without the mainboard if they can be pushed down?

I had the same mainboard and didn't have any problems when I was mounting my mugen...
