Mugen + Asus P5N-T Deluxe confirmable?

The Asus P5N-T Deluxe is listed on the Compatibility List

However from sheer optical evaluation i´d say it is a no-go.
I got the board with a Q9550 on it, so i´d like a mugen.
Its hard work to get any other push-pin cooler on the board already and with all the passive cooled transistors it seems almost impossible to mount it in the first place with barely room for a finger between the cooler and the pushpins.

Secondly if you look at it, a lot of the capacitators would get in the way of the fancy hook-in thingy...
Due to the fact they are in a right angel and not on opposing sites it seems it is impossible to mount the cooler.

Maybe someone can confirm either its mountable or not. I read some other posts in other forums all from Jonny.B.03.1989´s and it seems he is the only person in the world who claims that the mugen fits on that board.

Hello arexma,

with the retention kit, mugen surely will fit. If it will be okay with pushpin-mounting is quite difficult to tell - but I would say that it should be working, too.

Could you tell me height X from the attachment?
Then i can measure if its a 100% fit
The 160mm height should be no problem but close in my YeongYang CubeServer.

Once i am positive on the retention kit, i´ll simply order a Mugen and then i can supply you with pics and information on Mugen + CubeServer + P5N-T Deluxe.

Don´t bother for the height of the clamp. I already bought another Cooler.. over 2 days is too long for a support question.

Hi i have the cooler Fixed with the Retention Kit (i hate the Push Pins) it works fine, but only in way the mugen musst blow to the backside fan.

We had none of the Kits in stock, but actually you can expect an answer within 10 hours which is faster than any other manufacturer.
