Hi there,
I wanted to post a few suggestions to owner of Himuro or those who are interested in. The normal mounting method which you will find in the manual can be actually improved when it comes to increasing the anti vibration. The rubber is pretty soft and is good enough but the contact areas are too close to each other, so what you do is mounting the rubber feet different to increase distance and use the rubber more "effectively". Some user might not like this, but when I tried it, it actually worked really good and you can stack your Himuros as well that way. I will show just 2 options I could recommend and have experienced as useful/effective. ![]() Option 1: The contact area was reduced but at the same time rubber surface used effectively (distance) increased. This means the vibration goes through more rubber before reaching the second contact area. This can actually be mounted inside a case, but it will have a lessen effect that way, but it works as far as I experienced it. ![]() Option 2: Not really anything special, but this way you use the surface different, mainly for put it onto ground. It should reduce the vibration for sure. Let's say it even works for my XBOX 360 like a charm. That damn thing is vibrating like a V8 motor and whole desk is shaking, once placed on the rubber from Himuro, you can only hear the drive reading, but no vibration transfer is heard anymore and no vibration on desk etc. Nothing much special, but haven't seen anyone do this, so I simply post i as useful information. Cheers, Shinigami

Hi,
Good idea, should work too, but will probably fall down, due to have less stability. Do you want me to check and take picture? =)
