Default Kaze Master won't turn off

Hi, there

Just bought an Kaze Master 5.25. I have 1 Problem. If I want to turn off Fan Nr2 it shows off but then jumps back to 0 again. I don't mind zero, but I read in your manual, that showing zero is not good, it should be off. Otherwise it could start buring.

Second: can I disable the Temp display, cause I am not using it?

Thanks and Greetings

Hello Nr2.aBoon,

For me it sounds like that your Kaze Master had a problem to handle your fan.
Which fan do you use at the channel 2 and did you also tried an other fan to see if there its works or not. let us know if you find out something new.

About your second question: no its impossible to disable the temperatur display.

In the case your panel doasnt want to work well, please feel free to send it back to your reseller for RMA

Kind Regard

Hi, Thank you for your answer. Nr 2 fan was a Noctua 800, NR 1 and 2 are Coolermaster fans.
I changed the fans and Nr 2 still has problems turning off.

Greetings

Hello Nr2.aBoon,

please send your device back for RMA - this is a true indicator that it is defective.

Cheers,
