Scythe Kaze Q responsible for short circuit?
My Power Supply just blew off after connecting my the Kaze Q Fan Controller.
Is there anyway a simple Fan Controller can do this? I dont know how to test the Kaze Q without destroying the next PSU. Suggestions? My PSU was the Enermax Pro87+(500W), so not a cheap one.

Hallo Schnickschnack,
hab gerade mit einem Kollegen von Enermax gesprochen und bei einem Kurzschluss z.B. sollte das Netzteil komplett abschalten. Ohne Fremdeinfluss ist also eine Beschädigung dieses Netzteils sehr unwahrscheinlich und das von der Kaze Q abzuleiten ist schwierig. Du kannst die Lüftersteuerung gerne zu uns schicken und wir überprüfen deine Vermutung gerne, ob die Kaze Q ein „Netzteilkiller“ ist  Gruß OKI
