Hello everyone.
Recently I bought Scythe Kaze Server 5.25 "to control the fans of my Case. But no part of the fan Enermax Apollish UCAP12-S! Why does my fan this??

I found this one on a feedback to the fan on newegg:

"After speaking with Enermax Tech Support, which was very good, I found out that if you plug these fans into anything except the motherboard, they s__k. If you use any type of fan controller, forget it. Nice of the company to tell us."

The fan controller works properly, if the other fans are running on all the 4 channels. Try to contact Enermax support.
