Kaze Master Ace 5.25" - Speeds cannot be adjusted

Hey there,
I just received this fan controller today; however, I am having problems with it. In fact, I am unable to adjust the fans speeds, but the controller itself seems to detect my fans (gives correct RPM).
I would like know if this unit is good for RMA, or if there's anything I can do...

These are the fans that I use:

Hi,

please try to reset the panel and be sure it works in MAN mode.

If this will not help you should go forward to send it back to the shop where you bought it.
