Hi, last news we've had from the Scythe fenriswolf case was a couple weeks ago, however it stated no official release date / price.
Could you enlighten us regarding this case? We are a passionate community here eagerly awaiting for more details! Vielen dank |

Hello John Venture,
I know that you will hate this answer, but... "It's done, when it's done" Actually we plan a release in Q1 2009. Cheers, Stefan

Thanks for your reply Stefan.
Do you think you could throw any bits of additional informations that could build up the hype while waiting? Is there any kind of noise-reducing components for hard drives? How aggressive will be the price range? Is this a 300-killer? |

Hi there,
for HDDs, there will be a harddisk-stabilizer x4 included. Pricing should be ~100 Euro. Cheers, Stefan - Scythe EU Hamburg

Just see the others projects of Benny, amazing. The third was good looking I find : mix between mecha and men (kendo)
The Fenris Wolf is selling around 20000 yens, that's a bit more elevate than the 100€ speaking before. Now I'm just waiting to see and touch one I'm very enthusiast about it. |

Hi there,
Seems you people are discussing the PC Case projects really actively here ;D We can supply you with some info about it here. The approx price in Germany will be 119EUR MSRP incl. VAT, so that means around 100EUR MSRP excl. VAT. We have built in a hand full of features, among them are 2 x Slip Stream 120mm 800rpm fans and the hard Disk Stabilizer x 4 which is cooled by one of the Slip Streams. Some exclusive samples have been sent already, one is in UK, 3 in Germany at this moment. The side and top panels are also silenced because the meal-to-metal connection does usually make noise. The Chassis is also totally black from the inside. Check the images from benny, who received one of the samples. Scythe Fenriswolf Photos Cheers, Andy

Hi every one.
Thanks for the last picture ! To bad the japanese website didn't publish a picture like that on the Fenris Wolf page. There's a little picture on the main page, but... ![]() There's some differences between this picture and others one : through the mesh metal of the door, we can see USB, etc. But they are at the top of the case. Is a new panel ready to launch ? |

Hi Vanseb,
The final case have the panel on top, so that what you see on the sheet is an earlier version. Kind Regards Chris - Scythe EU GmbH
