exact mechanical dimensions

Hi there,I am planing to mount the Zipang on a ASUS Maximus extreme MB
to know if it will fit -not to get in conflict with any heatsinkd/RAM, PSU or Supreme FX sound card.
Did anybody try it yet on this MB or can somebode provide the exact mechanical dimensions?
