Compatibility of Zipang and MSI K9NGM motherboard

Hello there,

I have a MSI K9NGM motherboard on which an AMD Athlon X2 4200+ processor is mounted. I am not pleased with the performance and more importantly the noise level of my current cpu cooler ( a stock AMD cpu cooler ). It's my intention to buy a brand new Zipang but i have some concerns also about the clearence between the capacitors on the left hand side of the cpu and the heat pipes of Zipang. An other possible problem may be the clearence between the heat pipes and the RAMs mounted on DIMMS which are on the right hand side of the CPU.

Hello Kurt,

Zipang will fit with the pipes to the capacitors, in this orientation, there shouldn't be any problems with the RAM-slots!
