Zipang and Gigabyte GA-8IPE1000-G

Is it possible to use Zipang cooler for Pentium 4 3,0 GHz Prescott on a MB GigaByte GA-8IPE1000-G? There are any difficulties concerning the dimensions of the cooler or I'm worried for nothing? (PC case width=17cm). Thanks.
