Zipang and AMD Phenom

Hello,

I'm planning to buy new CPU cooler. I looked for Zalman, be quiet, Cooler Master coolers, but all of them are pretty noisy, so I still can't decide which one to buy. Now I came to Scythe and found Scythe Zipang:

According to many benchmark sites, this one is pretty quiet. I want cooler to be quiet as much as possible while playing demanding games. My boxed cooler makes my mad when it reaches 3000rpm and it have unbearable noise at 7-10k rpm.

So I have question about Scythe Zipang because I am not very good at hardware:

1. Will it fit to Antec Two Hundred V2 case? According to details at official site, there should be enough space in my case. How many RAM slots it push?
2. Does Zipang enough for AMD Phenom X4 955? I don't looking for very good and best cooling I just hope that CPU won't hit more than 60C with that cooler. Right now I'm limiting my boxed cooler rpm to avoid noise so sometimes temperatures go at 62C.

I bought that PC a month ago. Everything is perfect, just that noisy CPU cooler makes my mad so I decided to buy something quiet and better.
