It seems like Scythe Orochi fits on a Asus P5KPL-E motherboard and in a Guanghsing GHS-2000 chassi, but I couldn´t get the 130mm fan to fit in the case. My Intel E2160 CPU runs passive and have temperatures between 32 and 48 degrees celsius.
