Question Rasetsu orientation

I planned to buy Yasya, but it couldn't fit in my case (), so I decided to buy Rasetsu. Which is the proper orientation of the heatsink, heatpipes in a horizontal or vertical orientation (I'm using tower case)?

Heat pipe ends to the top of the tower case.

Thanks for the clarification, I asked because the heatsink in the picture on the EU site is mounted as suggested, but on the USA site there are pictures that show both orientation. Also in some review I readed that lower temperature is obtained with the horizontal oriented heatpipes.

This always depends on the general airflow setup. In special situations another orientation can lead to better results but the basic recommendation is the one i posted.

But doesn't the Rasetsu have heat-pipe ends at two opposite sides?
On AMD boards, some pipe ends will always be pointing down.

I found a review:

Scythe Ninja 3 CPU Cooler: The Legend Returns?. Page 2 - X-bit labs

"The user manual does not tell anything about the
proper orientation of the Rasetsu on the CPU
although the ends of the three heat pipes are
directed downward in one installation variant.
Sometimes such nuances may affect a cooler’s
performance ... As we found out, the Rasetsu
is 4°C more effective when the heat pipes are
oriented horizontally (the right photo) rather
than otherwise (the left photo) although the
convex CPU cap may have influenced the results.
Anyway, we installed the cooler so that its
heat pipes were horizontal for our tests."
