help me for new cpu cooler for my asrock

Hello boys and girls , I'm new Italian member, sorry for my bad english .

you can help me?

I have the asrock P4i65G motheboard with P4 478 2 GHz, with the original cpu cooler intel at 3300 rpm .

I want to replace the original cooler with scythe and have the quiet pc.

I'm reading the thread for compatibility with my asrock:
-mine
-ninja plus rev. B
-mugen
-katana
but much high?

or with "fan top down" (I prefer it to cool mainboard/ram/chipset):
-andy samurai master
-samurai z
-kama kross (to much high?)

my cabinet is 119 mm wide external; maximum higher cpu cooler internal is 150-155 mm...

wath I buy? or other new cpu cooler compatibility for my asrock?
