Clicking/rattling sound from 1200RPM Slipstream

Hi. Sorry but I'm new and not sure whether to start a new thread or continue an existing one.

Anyway I bought the fan in February this year and it started to make a continuous clicking sound in about July. It is definitely the fan because I held it in my hand and it was still clicking away. When I tilted it horizontally the sound went away, but then came back again. All this at its rated 1200RPM. I don't have this problem with my cheaper fans (Yate Loon and Xigmatek).

I would have preferred to RMA it but couldn't because the retailer in New Zealand went out of business. So I just left it at that despite the irritating sound, because the airflow was great. Fortunately, I saw your support forums for the first time today.

Is there anyway you can help or advise as to how to fix it? I have a video of the fan clicking happily away if you need it. You'll then hear how annoying it is
