Default Shuriken combined with Asus P5B SE, CPU Fan error

Every time I start up my computer a screen is telling me "CPU fan error, press F1 to resume" If I do so everything works properly again.
My Scythe Shuriken is connected to a 4-Pin Connector, also my Asus Q-Fan is activated.
Does anybody know how to solve that kind of problem?

It is explained here:
http://www.scythe-eu.com/forum/shuri...fan-error.html

QFan's rpm threshold is too low.

I found a way "Asus' Q-Fan" doesn't produce a problem. You just got to choose the "optimal" mode, neither "performance" nor "silence". This way everything run's fine.

Well, works some times, and some times not. So, which Scythe Fan could I mount on the Shuriken cooler, for having at least the same cooling effect (maybe even an improved one) combined with the fact of not really hearing the fan?
