I'm trying to figure out if the Big Shuriken will fit my needs. CPU generates 103W I've read somewhere that the Shuriken Rev B. wouldn't be good enough given this wattage. What about Big Shuriken? Also, I have an old ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe mobo. Is the Big Shuriken compatible? Thanks for the help.

Big Shuriken 1 fits Socket 478. BS 2 does not!
Could be a problem with the big chipset cooler of your board. My point of view: never ever use this cooler on a high TDP CPU like Pentium 4 / Pentium D series. For me BS is a HTPC cooler for lower wattage CPUs. Why not go for Katana 3? - not a perfect solution but should do better than Shuriken. Be careful: you need the "full" edition (Katana 3 CPU Cooler: CPU Kühler, Lüfter, Lüftersteuerung, PC Netzteile von Scythe). Not the Intel edition of Katana as this doesn't include 478 clips.

Samurai ZZ is the Top Blow version of Katana. So the basic values are very similar.
From my POV high wattage CPUs should be cooled with appropriate coolers like Mugen series (which is no longer supporting S478). What about Grand Kama Cross: CPU Kühler, Lüfter, Lüftersteuerung, PC Netzteile von Scythe? It needs some space but is definitely a good top blowing cooler.
