Shuriken fan rattles after a few hours

Hello,

Just over a year after I bought the Shuriken Rev. B, the fan makes a rattling noise when it starts up. Then runs normally for a few hours and then starts rattling again.

I send a support ticket for this problem 12 days ago but sofar there was no responce except an auto-reply. ( Ticket#2011012810000175 )

How long does it normally take for tickets to be processed?

normal it take 1-3 days, but now we have very less man power before Cebit 2011. I will answer you in the next 30 min =)

I got a replacement fan in the mail yesterday. Took me a while to replace the brackets due to my PSU being in the way, but I managed it without real problems.
I almost forgot how quiet the fan sounds
