Small case + CPU with TDP 95w + Scythe Big Shuriken?

I'm very interested to buy Scythe Big Shuriken, but i was wondering is Shuriken powerful enough to cool AMD Athlon II X4 635 (TDP 95w, Max.Temp 71'C) in small case (Antec Micro Fusion, ~4.5 inches tall ) in a case of e.g. ~85% CPU Load (HD video with MVTools2 ) throughout several hours?
