Shuriken Rev.A 775 Clips

Hi

I just bought a shuriken rev.B and fitted it to my zotac 9300 itx motherboard with the heat pipes pointing towards the side of the motherboard (it wont fit the other way as the clips touch the chipset heatsink) but it won't fit in my Inwin BM648 Case this way round as the heatpipes foul the case fan.

As you can see in the picture below two heatpipes are outside the fan and the third goes right into it, stopping it. As this is the only fan in the case I really need it running.



Is it possible to get the revision A clips which are narrower so i can mount the shuriken with the heatpipes pointing towards the ram, as the shuriken should fit in next to the case fan this way.

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Is this possible to buy old one Big Shuriken rev. A?

I have got the same board: Zotac GeForce 9300-ITX WiFi, and the same problem.

do you need only the Push-Pin Clip from the Big Shuriken (SCBSK-1000), right?
With a little bit of luck, you get the Big Shuriken (SCBSK-1000) over E-Bay. We don't still have the Big Shuriken (SCBSK-1000) at stock.

If this Push-Pin Clip fit to SCYTHE Big Shuriken 2 Rev.B (SCBSK-2100), yes, I need only Push-Pin Clip from the Big Shuriken (SCBSK-1000).

From old series I found only Scythe Shuriken SCSK-1000, will it fit to mainboard Zotac 9300 or the Push-Pin will fit to SCBSK-2100?

The Big Shuriken 2 (SCBSK-2000) Rev.B (SCBSK-2100) and the Big Shuriken (SCBSK-1000) have a different mounting systems and aren't compatible.

Yes, but be careful! You need the Shuriken (SCSK-1000) not the Shuriken (SCSK-1100)! With the SCSK-1100 you can get the same installations problems.
