You can measure and calculate all this on your own using the dimensions available in this forum:
Big Shuriken dimensions The biggest problem (if it fits basically) is how to install the cooler w/o a clip that fits your socket! There are no Socket P clips available so you have to find a solution on your own. If you connect a 4-pin fan to a 3-pin connector it runs full speed all the time and you have to organize an alternative speed regulation (e.g. fan controller).

You have to find a solution on your own! Scythe cannot help you as this cooler was never designed for Socket P, sorry. Perhaps you could modify the Socket 775 clips but you'll have to sort this out alone I'm afraid.
Try to search the web for other users trying to apply standard (= desktop) coolers to non-standard (= mobile) sockets.
