Default Problems with XFX GTX275 OC

Hello all

I've had problems with my retail cooler on my card so i decided to buy another one! This Setsugen was the one which fit my suggestions so i bought it.

I've followed the steps from the manual to bring the new cooler on the card. There were first some problems even with cleaning the entire VRAM's grease film the Heatsinks wont stik properly. Not sure if they will fall down anytime or if they stick better if VRAM get bit heated. maybe you know more.

I've not yet flipped the fan not sure what are posiitves/negatives of each.
maybe you can give an answer.

All was mounted and started my computer to look for the temperatures. i've used ihashgpu and max CORE was about 90° after 5 min. with 1700rpm. thats pretty good cause with retail it came over 110° and crashed the app. after 2 min.

Now i started a game (BFBC2) to test realtime performance. Joined a server to play and after about 5 min. my computer freezed. I tested some more times but results was the same or i get a blue screen with different drives that cause the BS.

This game was the reason to buy this cooler for my Card cause on high resolutions it crashed all times in case of overheating. Now the temperatures are lower than before but i cannot play this game even in low resolutions.

What could be the problem now?
i exclude the temperature as reason cause there is only about 80° while the crash/freeze happens.

Is there need for glue on nvio chip also?

This can have several reasons...

Here is a pic that shows my Computer.

I know that my power supply isn't the strongest 480W max. but i checked the energy gain before the power socket and it shows about 315W +-15W while gaming. so it's strong enough imo.
If i'm wrong then explain me please why the fan would take more power then the retail nvidia fan + the fan on my back i unplugged for the setsugen

i don't want to flip the fan on the setsugen if this would result in higher noise.
i'm statisfied with the current tempreratures so there is also no really need for.

i checked the vram heat sinks and now they stick really good an no one is dropped yet.

i checked the retail cooler and saw that there was a device (no chip in my eyes) below the NVIO chip connected to the heatsink just like the VRAM's did (with those pads). i put another heatsink from setsugen package on it to see if it comes from that and tested but still not better! whenever i play i get now only freezes no Blue Screens anymore.
