Default Kratzgeräusche nach dem Drehen des Lüfters

Hallo!

guys i think you mounted in wrong side direction. The fan grill side should be orientated and touching the fins. So the fan spades in this orientation cannot touch the fins. I believe even the way you are using is sucking the air not blowing.

In the way you describe it(and i think it's also the way which is described in the manual) you don't get a good temperature and the VRM is getting to hot. So in our way the fan is sucking the air and blowing it to the VRM cooler.

Guys, this is the original airflow orientation:

and this is the way is working for me:

is blowing direct to the card, but i cant tell fell not that much difference(maybe 1c). I think if we install 2x 120mm we can have difference in the vrms temps.

LOL - If you do this with a full height (25mm) kama you'll have upto 200% more airflow than with that "slim" plaything.

im changing my cooler master Stacker case to a cooler master HAF 932.
I have 2 spares Zalman ZM-f3 from my Stacker HDD cages, not as good as the Kama, but with good CFM. I just wondering the "engineering" to fit both together as the clips are made for one 120mm fan only.
As soon I finish the installation Ill post pictures and results.

Hello guys,

if you have enough placement under vga card, try with 25 mm thickness fan =)
Our GTX 285 work with a Slip Stream 120 mm fan (800 rpm / 10,70 dBA / 40,17 CFM) in same performance range like Setsugen fan with 2,000 rpm (33,67 dBA).

You cannot hear anything, but you need more slots !!! Easy and good fitting with Setsugen fan clips.
