Two of three 800rpm Sflex may broken

I bought three 800rpm Scythe Sflex about 2 and a half year ago. So the 150000 Hours Lifspan is not yet reached. They worked good in my old pc, were fitted with dust filters and sometimes carefully cleaned, so that should be good. But on my new watercooling radiator two of them do not start running properly. They move a bit and stop again. Sometimes all three work good, sometimes only two and time by time just one :-(

I tried to connect them together via 2 Y-Cabels. Then connectem them each to a Motherboard Fan Connector (with dynamic fan speed switched of) and finally i connected them to the fan outputs of my beqiet dark power (allso not dynamic).

What could be the reason for that they don't work properly?

And is there some warranty left? How long is it?

Hallo peterior,

irgendwie scheinen sich deine S-Flex Lüfter verabschiedet zu haben - die hohe Qualität diese Lüfter spricht eigentlich sehr dagegen, dass diese nach 6 Monaten ihren Dienst quittieren.

Könntest du die beiden Lüfter bitte direkt zu uns schicken zur RMA?

Es sind Zweieinhalb Jahre. Wäre trotzdem ne Reperatur drin?

Wielange ist denn Garantie? Nur zwei Jahre oder länger? Wo soll ich hinschicken? Kaufbeleg dazulegen?

2 Jahre ab Kaufdatum. Ich habe mich wohl verlesen und dachte du hättest Lüfter vor 2 UND vor 1/2 Jahr gekauft
