Hello there , I already saw and realized about this tendency , the higher the max RPM of the fan the lower the Starting Voltage of the fan .

I think there is a mistake in the information about the SA1225FDB12H , the max RPM of the SA1225FDB12H cannot be 1500RPM , thank you
