Question Converting Kaze Jyu slim from 1000rpm to 2000-2500rpm

Hey all,
Ive bought a couple of Kaze Jyu slim 1000rpm fans, since it was all I could get my hands on at the time. They are great fans, I love them, but 1000rpm is just too slow. It doesnt push enough air...

I need to see what is involved in converting it to run at about 2000-2500rpm... I would map out the fan controller circuit, but the black plastic covers the majority of the PCB in the fan, and I cant get the PCB seperated from the plastic without damaging it.

So I just need to see what components are different between the 1000rpm version and the 2000rpm version... A circuit diagram of both fans would be great if possible.

Hopefully someone will be able to help, I dont want to go and buy two more fans...
