USB foot pedal - key stuck

my right pedal on the 3 pedal device is stuck spamming the same button repeatedly.

tried clearing the setting in the software, now it just spams "33333333333333333333333"

any tips for fixing it? or even just disabling it at this point would be nice.

Still have the same problem.

the problem doesn't seem to be in the switch because it continued after un-soldering the switch in hopes that it would disable the pedal. All the connections looked good throughout, any ideas on what I should be looking for?

A little more info: I've been using the pedals for about 8month-1year now (love it), this problem started about a month ago. I was finally able to disable the pedal by setting the software to just a two pedal.
