Kama Stay - Pci Express Slot ?

I would like to know if the Kama Stay is usable with a PCI-Express slot instead of a PCI ? Will I need to mod it in order to use it that way ?

you should be able to use it, we don't have the product here anymore, so I can't test and confirm it, but it should be possible to use it on PCIe, too.
