Thanks for your support. Any chance of getting an update on when these parts might arrive as it's holding up building the entire system (which is extremely annoying over such a relatively small problem)? Right now it looks like by the time this thing's finished it's going to be an antique.
It's my fault the screws got stripped, just a shame you don't include a few spares with the original product like some other manufacturers (eg. Zalman).
Anyway, if you've sent them already I appreciate it, but they havn't arrived yet. Last time they got here in just a few days, so I wonder if they're lost in the post. Could you let me know when you sent them? Thanks.

Default there's more

i came to unfasten the lga1366 backplate and in the process seem to have stripped the four lga1366 socket screw heads. no. 11 on the product manual [washer no. 8]
I have measured the screws and they came to length; 10mm, head [diameter] 4mm, shaft diameter 2mm. Is this another specialised part or can I possibly get it from a hardware store with the right info. could you tell me if it's a phillip's head or pozidriv I can't tell the difference and my chances of getting it locally at a DIY store as well as size classification [M2/M/M4] otherwise I'll have to put in another support request.

Thank you for your help,
good night

Default Parts arrived today

Thanks a bunch. Finally got the bits and pieces I needed.

Ran into a little problem later though - is there any way to mount the 14" fan without using the clip (part 13 - provided). For instance, what size screws do the holes in the fan take? That would get me started on bolting the thing down.

I appologise but I am simply terrible at misplacing parts.

Anyway, I appreciate your help so far, and I won't 'take the piss' as we say in England by requesting a third part. If you could suggest to me how I could connect the fan with nuts and bolts, and what size said nut would be (M4, M5?)

Thanks for your hard work
