Orochi on AM3

Does the Orochi Rev. A come with all of the proper mounting hardware to mount on AM3?

Socket AM3 is have the same mounting kit like the socket AM2 or AM2+, you dont have to be worry about this. All this sockets are compatible with Orochi.
