I'm afraid the fan on Ninja will collide with the rather high heatsinks on your Dominator RAM modules. So you could only attach the fan to an other side of Ninja probably ruining your airflow depending on how your case cooling is set up.

But: If you use Antec 300's cooling concept from bottom to top fan it will work with Ninja's fan attached parallel to the case top.

Not sure about mainboard compatibility - Scythe staff will surely answer.

Hello metilic,

The Ninja 2 cooler fit on you mainboard, but your four rams could be a problem. If you have the board already at home - please look if you have more than 58 mm from the middle of the socket to the ram slots. If you have these 58 mm, than its no problem to use alle the slots. Otherwise the cooler maybe block the first slot for higher ram cooling solutions.

Kind regards
Chris

thanx oli and sumo for your info..as oli said, i'm using the bottom->top cooling solution on my antec 300..so what i'm asking you is if i mount the fan for the scythe ninja 2 cooler on top of the heatsink (so it will blow upwards toward the 140 fan on my case)..will it affect the temperatures on the cpu? is this a viable cooling solution? thank you guys again

If you ensure a sufficient flow of cold air from the case's front then a bottom > top cooling solution is usable w/O problems. Antec offers you both possibilities. Just try it and report the temps. I believe it'll be fine.
