Default Original Ninja -- Socket AM2 Compatible?

I own an original Ninja, purchased almost 3 years ago, and am currently using it on my socket 939 board. It did not come with an AM2 retention bracket, because the socket didn't exist yet.

I am upgrading to a AM2+ board and want to take my cooler with me. I am wondering . . .

1. Are the dimensions physically the same as the Ninja Rev. B, when it comes to how the mount kits attach?

2. If so, does Scythe sell just the mounting brackets?

3. If #1 or #2 is "no", can anyone suggest some sort of workaround?

Hello,

Ninja 1 is not compatible with AM2 and there is no way to get this mounted on the AM2-socket.
