Default To all with Ninja B plus and heat issues

Look at this:


This coupled with a C2D IHS that looks pretty much the same is not a good thing to have going on over your cores.

After lapping both:

temps dropped by more then 10C

But it seems to be very common for the base of the ninja and others to be like this. I think Scythe needs to step up a little bit on the flatness. Because what i and others are receiving for a base is poor testament to Scythe quality.

Hi there,

sometimes it happens, that the baseplate is shaped concavely, this is due to production tolerances.

Normally, heat problems are because of the shape of the CPU heatspreader.
